I believe the best client experiences are built on compassion, dedication, and honesty. That belief is rooted in a simple truth I’ve witnessed time and again: when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood—especially during important moments—it creates space for trust, clarity, and lasting connection. I’ve seen how even the smallest acts of thoughtfulness can shift someone’s entire experience, and that’s what drives me to lead with heart every step of the way.
Those values guide me daily—whether I’m supporting clients through important financial decisions, developing thoughtful policies that support our team, building meaningful relationships, or shaping brand expressions that connect with people on a more personal level. I’ve always found fulfillment in being both a calm, trusted resource and a creative problem-solver. Helping people feel at ease while making sure the details are thoughtfully handled is what keeps me inspired.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University (GO GRIZZLIES!), and I bring over 20 years of experience in client service and more than a decade in marketing support. I joined Diversified Portfolios in 2022 and currently serve as Director of Client Service and Marketing, where I combine analytical insight, creative strategy, and relationship-building to support our clients and shape how we communicate who we are and what we do. Outside of work, life is full and deeply rewarding. My partner Eli and I found our home in Farmington Hills in late 2024, a place that reflects the values and rhythm we’ve built together. In the quieter moments of life, I find inspiration in music, art, travel, boxing, cooking, classic black-and-white films, and the beauty of nature.
I’m grateful to do work that allows me to show up fully, both personally and professionally. My goal is always to make each experience feel seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely personal—because the best relationships are built not just on service, but on trust, care, and human connection.
