As President and Wealth Advisor at Diversified Portfolios, I have the privilege of working closely with a wide range of clients, often in collaboration with other talented advisors at our firm. In addition to advising clients, I help guide the strategic direction of the firm and lead our advisory team—ensuring we’re always evolving to meet the needs of our clients and our people.

I’ve been in Wealth Management since 2009, beginning my career in New York City and later continuing in Denver before settling back in Michigan in my hometown. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. I’m driven by a deep commitment to achieving meaningful results for our clients and our team—results that not only make a difference but feel good along the way. Much of our work centers around managing change, and I strive to make that process clear, manageable, and grounded in a deep understanding of each person’s unique situation.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this career is the opportunity to build long-term relationships—often with multiple generations of the same family. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the impact of our work unfold over time, helping clients move from stress and uncertainty to clarity and confidence. Whether we’re organizing a complex financial picture or helping someone take the first step toward a long-term goal, we’re here to provide peace of mind and a sense of direction.

My passion for economics and capital markets started early—one of my formative memories is reading Thomas Sowell’s Basic Economics in middle school. That experience sparked a lifelong curiosity about how financial systems work and how prices can be used to allocate scarce resources efficiently. Later, my dual degree in psychology and economics was the perfect blend of learning both the rational and sometimes less rational way human beings go through life, which can have an impact on their finances.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two energetic boys, Andrew and Thomas, who keep life joyful and busy. I’m an early-morning runner and love sharing the road and trail with friends. I also compete in a few sprint triathlons each year, so I add in some swimming and biking. In the winter, my husband Drew and I enjoy skiing as much as we can—a passion we’re now passing on to our kids. As our kids get older, we look forward to more time spent hiking, camping, foraging, and paddling together in the wilderness.

I’m also actively involved in the community. I serve as Chair of the Investments Committee at Christ Church Cranbrook, am a member of the Financial Planning Association, and participate in collective charitable giving group called Detroit Women in Business for Good.

I’m an extrovert at heart—I love getting to know people, being helpful, and constantly learning in pursuit of the right answers. This career is never boring, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a firm that values trust, clarity, and long-term impact.
